A Journey through a Magical World

The stars have fallen, bringing endless winter. Meera is determined to find them and bring light back into her world.

The story of Meera&;s search for the stars comes to life as author and theatre artist Diana Kolpak reads Starfall, while the book&;s beautiful images are projected in large format.  The reading takes approximately 20 minutes and is followed by a question and answer period, as well as revelations about the creation process and photography for this unique children&;s book.

"Starfall presents a starkly beautiful, original world. Finlay&;s images are sophisticated, fantastical, and unique...Kolpak&;s lyrical, melodic prose...works on two levels: as a phimsical tale about a clown, and as an allegory for the triumphy of courage and belief over evil and darkness."  Quill & Quire Starred Review
