Biography

Nassim Azadi was born in Tehran Iran in 1980. She got her bachelor degree in Industrial Design from Azad University in Tehran.In 2005 She moved to Canada and then went on to study Animation at Sheridan College. She started painting when she was 15 with one of the most talented instructors in Iran, and later she specified her field in Illustration, working with one of the top Iranian children's book publisher, subsequently having more than 20 books published in the Middle East, Asia and Europe. After graduating from Sheridan College, Nassim started working as an illustrator and animator on a TV commercial for a Swedish company called The Chimney Pot in Dubai, and found her way to the TV and film business as an art director. She recently finished art directing and custom designing for her first feature film, The Desert Fish.

Craft Workshop

As a person who has experience with several published books, I’m looking forward to helping tap into the child’s creativity! This half a day workshop helps children to make art with anything and everything!  In each workshop they will learn how to get their ideas onto paper and build a piece of art.
